  Had bad experience 2/24/18 with a store associate name S. BASKIM AT THE 86TH Street LEXINGTON AVENUE store. WHO screamed and raised his hands to me. I tried charge a item to my account and he state i couldn't and began speaking down to me. I would like for a supervisor to reach out to this person to re-train him how to speak to a customer. I will be calling

  Eddie is a sweetheart of a guy, truly honest and will tell you exactly what the problem is instead of suckering you into buying other parts. Extremely reliable, give him a shot!

  Customers need to be told or informed. It gives them a feeling of importance and makes them feel in control. Eddie patiently explained and showed what needs to be done even if i have only the slightest idea on engines. He even went over with me on the computer to check what needs to be done and what can wait. After work is done, i felt good and safe with the result.

  A very honest garage! They know what their doing. Fast! Great work! Nice people! I'm glad I found a new amazing repair shop that I can trust! A dealer wanted to charge me $1200. They did the same job for under $299 and did it well! Don't let their underground shop fool you, they are as good as it gets!
