  The technician was professional, courteous and on time. No issues with the service rendered. However, the part for my SubZero was about $15-35. They charged over $350 per (I needed two). To be fair, they told me the price before the work began and I had to say yes because I needed the Subzero to be in working condition before I went on a business trip. Otherwise, I would have done it myself. I'm not against companies turning a profit. I understand about disti's that are part of the delivery chain, mark ups etc. But 10X differential? They lost a customer for life. I guess I should have read the reviews on here and Yelp.

  Their service is truly horrible. They constantly gave me the run around interms of allowing me to accessing my warranty.

  Unprofessional Company, Broke my refrigerator and is leading me on. After 8 phone conversations, I still cannot get them to come back and fix what they broke. I paid in full and now they are unresponsive. Do not use this company for your repairs!!!

  Stay away from that company, I wish I would I had never deal with them, they are very rude, don't do their job the right way, don't care about their customers conserns when costumers come first! So reduculus!
