  Tim was great. I needed him to fix a wall clock that was my father's and without hesitation and expediency, he fixed it.

  I took a couple speakers in to be re-coned and gave them the go ahead when I dropped them off. Once they realized that the repair cost was going to exceed the value of new replacements, they called me to alert me to this issue and give me the option to pass rather than just proceed (which would have been totally justified). I would guess that it's this kind of integrity which has made Spectrum the go-to for musicians here for decades.

  Great place to have audio equipment repairednor to purchase! Our karaoke machine stopped working and these guys fixed it under warranty! It took a few weeks but the job was done right!

  I took a Line 6 M9 down to these guys that was acting up. I let them know that I was on a bit of a tight schedule and would need the pedal back on my board by a certain date for a gig. They were extremely accommodating. They quoted the exact price the repair ended up being. They reply to emails quickly. Very good team of people here that have been around for long enough to know what they are talking about.
