  Charles at SRT was very comforting and caring in our time of need. He was very knowledgeable about our situation and what needed to be done to begin restoring our home and our lives. He was the best and was able to get his crews here in a very short period of time. Very good at communication through out the process.

  Specialty Restoration did a fantastic job! Chris Brown was so professional and attentive, called me back ASAP and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services again!

  Had an emergency water job spoke to ally over the phone she was very professional and sweet she let me know that someone would be coming over immediately since it’s an emergency and not to be surprised if someone knocks on the door. Great staff very friendly and knowledgeable will recommend to everyone I know.
