::Had a fantastic experience at Sparkle Cleaners. I came in on Saturday afternoon needing a suit dry cleaned for a job interview I had on Monday. Though they seemed to be very busy, they were able to rush my order (for a small fee) so that it was ready in time for my interview. Prices were reasonable, and my final cost was lower than what I was initially quoted.

::Interesting variation in experiences below. I found the prices to be at or below the other tailors i called for my pants alterations. The person I met was very nice, attentive, and overall they did a great job!

::First visit, poor impression. The person at the register not friendly, I interrupted her personal phone conversation. No excitement just a mediocre excuse of an employee collecting a paycheck. The final product was left humid with of stench of cat urine, the buttons loose and the bag it came in was if I was dragging a mop with 3 feet of yarn. The price for dry cleaning the garment was heavy for the quality of service provided. I do not recommend this specific place nor will I be returning.

::I'm sure you want to know if the service was great or not. I can't give you a review on the work because it appears they didn't want my business. I can't figure out why but the customer service was awkwardly rude, enough so that I asked if there was a problem. At this point I was only in Mendel's Wife less than 5 min and didn't say much. The employee was doing all the talking and coming up with the oddest reasons why she didn't want my business. I was so confused when I left the place I had to ask my 18 year old daughter if I was misinterpreting the conversation. Doing good business and making a profit seems to go hand in hand but not with employees that have alternative agendas and preconceived judgements on customers. I found another place immediately after that was willing to help me with a smile and be grateful to have my business.
