  Poor customer service and business practices!!! After arriving, the lady took me to the massage room and told me to undress but didn’t closed the door, odd! She instead, stood in the doorway, so I closed it and started to take my clothes off. Within a minute she knocked on the door and asked if I was paying with card or cash, I replied with credit card. She then opened the door and said I had to pay first. I told her since I’ve never been there before I rather pay afterwards so I know how much to tip on my card. She replies, “No no no, you pay first.” I don’t want to call them racist but if your policy is to have the customer pay first, why take me pass the front counter and into the back room and tell me to undress only to then walk me back to the front and pay. Before she knocked I heard her talking to another lady in their native tongue. Apparently,I was going to get a massage and walk out of there without paying :( I had an eerie feeling from the phone convo and should’ve followed my gut. Long story short, I put on my clothes and happily left! Avoid this place at all cost, it’s tons of better establishments in the area.
