  Wonderful atmosphere. Great on the spot massage. Love the aromatherapy and the after massage pampering with tea, water, a heated blanket and magazines!

  I left work feeling very tense and Nordstrom Spa accommodated me on short notice for an evening massage. The front desk employee was very friendly over the phone and in person, which is rare in the service industry nowadays. The facilities were very nice and calming. My masseuse immediately let me relax with a foot soak and warm blanket draped on my shoulders which was nice. During the massage (deep tissue for upper back pain), it didn't feel like the masseuse was targeting exactly where my pain was, but I'm not an expert so I went with it and hoped it would give me some relief. I left feeling positive and the edge was taken off, so I think she did a good job. The rate was comparable to other massages I've had, and the location is so convenient in the Westfield Mall that I would go again.

  I love to be pampered and treated like a king and this is the place to be. The location is in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The prices is the best in the city and the masseuse are so professional. After the massage session I left like I was just touched by an angel.
