  Incredibly slow service. Staff is rude and incompetent. Over priced for the poor service.

  I was waiting for three hours, and don't understand why so long since they were only ten people when I got here. They need to speed the process, security told me that after lunch the relax and take forever. I got here in the morning and left late.
