  Not impressed. Scheduled an appointment and told Lynn that both the buyer and parents would take the morning off and be there. He specifically asked that we not come out until he was nearly done. Drove over an hour for the inspector to be gone. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to tell us that he was standing us up. We couldn't ask questions or address any concerns. Thank God for our realtor, who took the time to answer the questions the inspector should have. Very disappointed in the entire "inspection" experience. Then to add insult, the report inaccurately stated that we were there at the end. Very poor experience. Look harder for a reliable inspector. I can't speak to the quality of the inspection, he did identify some items and the seller agreed to fix. I am very apprehensive about the thoroughness of the inspection after move in

  Their follow through is terrible! They have problems in their business management side, I can only imagine what service, or negligent lack there of, would entail. They continue to fax my personal fax line for years now. I have called, emailed, and replied via faxes to let them know they are sending over people personal information and identifications, but they don't ever seem to care enough to fix the issue.
