::Very reputable staff and it feels refreshing to go to a shop that only deals with BMW's - especially the E46 chassis. I was very pleased at the staff and how courteous they are. Big plus is that they are dog friendly and very comfortable seats in the waiting area.

::I feel like the staff here went above and beyond to try and service my needs as good as possible. They provided me a complimentary ride to the nearby shopping center since my service was taking a little longer than expected (the tuning company that provided the software that was being programmed on my vehicle wasn't able to return their calls right away). The even provided the programming complimentary since the service took longer than expected even though it wasn't their fault at all. I was really impressed with the customer service and would recommend SouthWest Bimmers to any of my friends.
