  Every car I looked at needed at least 1000 worth of work done. And they value car over the real value. The wanted 11k for a g35 that needed New fenders, hood, fuel injectors, etc... that car in good condition is only worth 8k max....

  Had a great experience with this dealership one of the best in El Paso I would recommend anyone to buy a used car from this dealership the manger is exceptionally great on working with you and the deal to make it happen I am very pleased with their service.

  We bought a 2008 Honda Element from them in October 2016. We financed through our bank for over $10,000. A letter was missing on the car, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, as that was a cosmetic thing, and we needed a car, as I was giving birth to twins very soon. I told my husband I had a feeling about the car and the dealership, but he was trusting and in a hurry. My instincts were right. By May, there was a head gasket issue, and we took it to them. They had it for a month, and every time we tried to call the owner/manager, he was in "meetings". He finally told us it was going to cost $1100, because of his mechanics getting parts, and got angry with me when I accused him of taking advantage, and hung up in my face. We finally got the car back, but now the damn transmission has a leak, and has had one since the 1 year mark of us getting the car. Shame on them for scamming people!

  The people at Southwest daughter group were amazingly friendly and approachable. They gave us a great deal on an SRT8 and the price was really low. I will definitely come back and do business with them again in the future and would highly recommend him

  I just bought a mazdaspeed protege from Southwest Auto and I can't give these guys enough praise. They were helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and all around made the buying experience easy. They went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the purchase and went above and beyond what anybody would expect when setting out to buy a car. Take it from me, if you are thinking about buying a car in El Paso, stop by here first because it was fantastic. I would suggest coming here to friends, family, and coworkers alike. Couldn't be happier.
