  If you want to live in a bad neighborhood with lots of stray cats that mess with your things, leaks that don't get fixed, maggot infested dumpsters because trash rarely gets picked up (which dumpers are right next to certain trailers), and black mold that just keeps coming back, go ahead and live here. If not, stay far far away from this place. I've lived here a year and management has changed quite a few times as well as maintenance because no one wants anything to do with this place. It's cheap but the price still isn't worth this.
