  Worse place ever! I had an appointment at 11:00am not a single employee called my name in over an hour. I'm so glad I moved to a different borough and it's my last time here. They really don't care about your situation and they take their sweet time on something that usually takes less than 10 minutes.

  Horrible center, supervisor and in particular a very nasty worker named Ms. Pavlova! She is a very callous individual! She doesn't return your calls, and if you need emergency services, she recommends that you go to a soup kitchen! Her supervisor seems to only help young women, and anyone else he will act like your life is unimportant! I have health problems and they care less! Ms. Pavlova even told me she didnt know what i was going to do, but i need to do it somewhere else because she was going to lunch! And she also left my case unfinished and went on vacation! Another worker had to finish HER JOB! In the meantime i became hospitalized due to not having food for 5 days, because i couldnt eat regular food, im on a specialized diet. And i explained that to her 3 times, but she wouldnt listen! I missed my appointments, my case was closed and i had to reapply...guess who my new worker is, yes the same Ms. Pavlova! I tried calling her about my budget, she never answered my call or returned my call after 3 messages! This woman needs to be suspended until she learns how to talk and deal with people in need! Go elsewhere if you can, if you cant and you get Ms. Pavlova, request another worker, and feel free to show this review if they ask why!
