  Rejected to see us for being 3 minutes later than we called and told them at rush hour. Drove 2 hours and had an anxiety attack and a half to be turned away for 3 extra minutes and out of meds that are needed. Horrible front desk help with that fake snobby tone. So furious. When someone calls and says there going to be ABOUT 10 minutes later during rush hour, the appropriate response should have been “ok, just know if it’s any later than that we can’t see you today” lucky I didn’t flip out on them. Snobby office that doesn’t geniually care about mental health patient that are out of their needed medications.
