  I went there in serious pain. The dentist diagnosed the problem explained in details and went over x-rays with me. His assistant was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. The front desk is awesome kept me updated and entertained. Shout out to Desiree who went over insurance numerous times so I would know my out of pocket expenses. I am new to the neighborhood. I met Fort Worth welcoming committee. I am glad South Texas Dental is part of my community

  We had an appointment at 3pm however at 4:15 pm still had not been called back we sat there for an hour and fifteen minutes with no explanation and when I inquired about the issue was told rooms where ready but there was a incident with another patient and they didn't know when the dentist would be done. Personally we should have been told about the problem not just ignored by the receptionist not at all happy about this supposed visit

  I love going to this office. The people are so nice! Everyone there is friendly and willing to help you. The manger Desiree is awesome

  They had amazing customer service and took care of my children right away. They did a great job at keeping my kids comfortable and calm! I definitely recommend them.
