  I don't know. Like everything else in Las Vegas, this seems a total after thought. Location makes little or no sense (As small as this place is, it could have been built adjacent to or on the grounds of McCarran. It is clean, decent and seems safe. There were 3 or 4 security guards roaming the complex and seemed to stay on top of things. Moving out vagrants who were trying to move into the terminal. They have restrooms and vending machines and you can stay out of the heat while you wait for your bus. The only way you will find this place is with google maps as the location isn't intuitive.
