  This company is the WORST to get a direct answer from, along with a pay check. No one in the payroll department is accountable EXCEPT for Patrick. If you can reach him he is very helpful, Everyone else is Terrible. You have to follow up with the company to make sure you are constantly paid. and when you finally reach someone their response for a missing check is"WE CANNOT CONTROL THE MAIL" and you have to wait up to 2 weeks before you can get paid out. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different agency if you want to be paid on time. Good Luck

  Multiple times I was simply not paid for the week and reaching them by phone is impossible. After going to the office in person, they say many people weren't paid, it'll come through next week. This happened four times in the eight months I worked there.

  This company has been a headache. It's payroll company constantly makes errors and does not take responsibility for its mistake. They don't correct them in a timely manner either.
