  Intake is horrible. Got to pychiatric in patient facility around 9pm to check in, about 5 hours later still here.

  To be honest, I never write reviews on anything unless I have a great experience or a horrible experience. I attend South Oaks Outpatient for Chemical Dependency. I have been to two other outpatient centers before, I believe this is the best one I've attended !! The intake counselor I had, His name is Ryan! He was so understanding of everything I had told him & Very down to earth. I had just started this treatment group called IOP (Intensive OutPatient) about 2 weeks ago. I attend group sessions Monday-Friday 5:30pm-8:30. It is worth every minute of my time. I learn & gained so much from the groups. I normally don't feel comfortable talking about things that I've been through or even currently going through, But I feel so comfortable in my surroundings. The group counselor's name is Aaron. I like him a lot! He has great advice & makes you think outside the box. If you ever decide you need help for alcohol/substance abuse, I really suggest you attend this program. I found it to be very helpful!! If you are reading this review, That means you are looking around for treatment centers for outpatient. The first step is admitting to yourself that you have a problem!! Great job. Now take my advice and attend this program!! You will not regret it, I promise. Good luck with everything!
