  RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNEDUCATED! The so called " secretary" hung up the phone on me pbefore directly answering any of my questions. As for patient confidentiality, they're not following those rules! I couldn't believe the woman on the phone with me try to pry out a patients name out of me! I am disgusted.
