  All the guys I have met at this dealership are great and make the visit for buying or servicing a Hyundai à great experience. The price is also quite reasonable. In the service department I recommend Armando Pena for his honest and quick attention.

  Kevin McBryde Sr. was without doubt one of the most helpful service people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was honest and friendly throughout the entire process, and definitely had my back when we went into negotiating the price of the vehicle. He was willing to put himself on the line for me, and was willing to help me out when it came to organizing logistics for my purchase. In general, he left me with a great feeling. He went the extra mile with me over and over and I can't say enough good things about him.

  Steve used to be our tech for the last 3 years, but today we had an appointment that we had to wait for a long time just to be check in... it was a drop off... usually we leave the keys and pick up the car a few hours later. However, today only one person could check the car in, so after a while Chris finally stepped in and corrected his fellow associates that stating that anyone can check in... Hours later when we finally get a call back to inform us that the car is ready, again we had to wait a long time just to be acknowledged... a gentleman that was sitting by the entrance(behind a podium) that I assume he was a manager did not move a muscle to acknowledge or try to help any customer. It was pick up, all they had to do is ask a simple question,. “Can I help you?”. Where someone would direct me to the cashiers. The cashiers were not any better, they were talking among each other, and when I asked about my car, they made me feel like I was bothering them. We owe 3 Hyundai cars, only because the selling department does not gives the same customer service... they are far superior in attitude and demeanor! We are not going there ever again for service, and if needed to be done by Hyundai I rather drive several extra miles to the next store. PS: one of the recommendations it was to replace the brake lights. Upon inspection. “Surprise” there is nothing wrong!!!

  I was told by the service advisor, Javier, that he didn't know what service my Tuscon needed based on the time/miles on my car. He said, "the computer isn't telling me what service your car needs based on the time/miles. What I can do is do an oil change and alignment." I thought that was odd so I suggested getting the service manual from my car that shows the service schedule for the time/miles on my car. Come to find out my car only needed an oil change and air filter and not an alignment. Had I listened to Javier, my car wouldn't have gotten a new air filter causing my warranty to be void. And I would have gotten an alignment which wasn't needed, costing me additional money. I find it incredibly hard to believe that Javier wasn't able to see the maintenance needed in Hyundai's system. Either he was lying and trying to generate additional revenue and commission for himself or Hyundai's system is ridiculously outdated. Either scenario is unacceptable. I am incredibly disappointed as I have, until this visit, had good service. On a good note, my shuttle driver was personable and professional.

  This is a great place to buy a car from. Thomas the used car director & the sales rep Eduardo took real good care of my wife and I. They gave us a really sweet deal on a Hyundai Sonata. And even washed my wife's truck while we waited. They are awesome and friendly group of folks. They made the waiting very pleasurable. I highly recommend this being your first stop.
