  Wow, I just called and the guy who answered the phone was really rude and the opposite of helpful. I've shopped here quite a bit because it is convenient, I figured the high prices ($30 dollars for a sponge mop) were the trade-off for the convenience. And, in the past I have had good service, but whoever owns this place needs to keep an eye on his staff.

  The guy behind the counter was very helpful. We went in looking to order a Weber grill and pretty much already knew what we wanted, but quickly answered the few questions we had. The price was already a bit lower than we'd seen it other places and they threw in assembly and delivery for free. I would definitely go back for my future hardware needs.

  Forget about the big hardware stores, this place is the best little keep secret in the neighborhood! Great service, very knowledgeable and they make sure you get what you need and not over sell you on things you don't. Very surprising the inventory they have. Before you go to the big hardware store in Bloomfield, try this little gem first..
