  Referred by a friend, I was absolutely impressed! Never tried a food delivery service and after hearing so many bad things about UberEats, it was easy to try Door Dash. ($7 off first order made me happier) Ordered from Bullritos - UofH, my meal was accurate and arrived 15 mins early! My Dasher, Anthony was very polite 😊

  Always missing a portion of the delivery, and the drivers don't speak English, so when you try to explain what's missing they just smile and nod and leave. Not worth the wait for an incorrect order. Just drive to get the food yourself.

  You all need to hire better drivers, your drivers are extremely slow and they are incompetent with directions.

  What the actual?? We ordered Hooters. It came in a hour like usual. That's fine, whatever. BUT! I cannot eat cheese. I SPECIFICALLY did not pick cheese for burger because I cannot eat it. I also got fried pickles. My favorite and the only reason I actually wanted Hooters to begin with. Tell me how I opened the pickles box and the ranch was allllll over the place. It was like pickle soup. They were so gross and soggy, we couldn't even eat them! And my freaking burger had EXTRA cheese... My burger and the pickles ended up in the trash.... I then (at 10pm and with a freaking 4 month old baby) had to leave and go to jack in the box for dinner.... So. Mad.. And guess what I was "credited" 5$.. For an 11$ burger and 9$ pickles... Needless to say. Doordash has been uninstalled.. Smh.
