::This place use to be exciting to call or make a trip to. Now, it is still a cool place but the employees lack enthusiasm and customer service. I really wish I had good things to say but I guess management doesn’t see the value in paying the price for good employees or enforcing quality service. I’m resorting to buying all of my surf gear online from now on.

::I've grown up with Soundwaves as long as I bought music. Not only do I love shopping there since 1984, I've worked there for a good time in my life. I recently stopped at the Montrose location tonight and saw the founder of SoundWaves, Jeff present and accounted for. It brings great joy to see it's still standing in an age of not too many places caring music any longer in the digital age...

::Our favorite “Music” and “Surf” Shop! Staff is always very nice and prices are very reasonable! I would def recommend Soundwaves if you are ever in the area!
