  My experience was amazing.. The Doctor was kind and very thoughtful.. I had a traumatic brain injury and couldn't see was very discouraged.. His staff was understanding and compassionate as well as himself.. I left there in the greatest of spirits knowing when my new glasses came I was going to be OK.. It was best experience I've had with a doctor since I got my head smashed in.. He made sure he checked everything.. And he did it with kindness and love and compassion and a good sense of humour... Dr Awesome is his new name for me.. I would recommend Sound vision to everyone.. I think people forget that they are people just like you and me.. Amen.. The only difference is they put up with slot of personalities and still find time to smile at us.. God bless the team at Sound Vision

  Office was disorganized, doctor was unprofessional interpersonally and also wrote me an inaccurate prescription. He offered to rectify it but at this point I do not trust him or the office to provide me with quality care and would rather start over with a new doctor, as I do not trust this office or the doctor.

  WORSE OFFICE EVER. I WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR MY GLASSES AND I FOUND OUT IT WAS NEVER ORDERED THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING AND LEAVE IT FOR OTHER PPL TO DO I WAS TOLD THE GIRL DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO IT SO MY ORDER WAS PLACE TWO DAYS LaTER. SHYTY SERVICE

  Very thorough eye exam- I liked the doctors (Drs. Rafal & Williams) very much. Front desk is decent although my glasses order was messed up and will have to wait longer (It will wind up being three weeks in total). Overall a decent place solely based on doctor-patient experience.
