  This the the quintessential Soul Cycle experience. Don’t be surprised if your the only non 24 year old female kips bay residence there.

  These classes kicked my ass but I needed it. The instructors are really hard core and high energy. Equipment is nice and clean. Gets a little crowded to planning to go off hours is recommended.

  Such a great studio! All the bathrooms and lockers are downstairs, and it has a very spacey upstairs. Awesome classes and the front desk is great! :)

  I go here all the time. Great staff. Great cardio workout.
