  They have really good food and the fried pork chops are best cooked fresh.. The staff is really friendly but there is always someone asking for a tip but all they're doing is fixing your plate thats my only issue but a good place to get a home cooked meal

  Hello family the true is if you want chitterlings this is not the place to get them. I purchased two side orders of chitterlings and received all hog mauls and only 8 pieces of chitterlings between the 2 side orders. This is a rip off. This is the second time and family enough is enough. I had to say something this time. Don’t take my word, just order some chitterlings and see what they give you. If I purchase chitterlings at $8 I expect to receive only chitterlings. I don’t like hog mauls. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Great customer service! And the food was not only fresh but it was delicious! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for some SOUL food!

  The food here is really great! The only downside to this place is the workers asking for tips. The last few times I came on lunch break, the person who fixed my plate asked if I was leaving them a tip as they were ringing me up...like are you not already getting paid??

  Found this place off of 95 and had to stop. I’m originally from Georgia and miss cooking like this! Really big portions and good quality food. The people that were working there were really friendly and made me feel welcomed. I could even eat the whole meal. Love it and will come back every time I’m in Jax.
