::This has to be the worst tax preparer in NYC. Juan bull craps you as soon as you are seated. First of all he over charged ($400+) for one year tax return, this included $100 fee for Direct Deposit. Then he says he filed for it to be mailed (to my address I haven't lived in in over 2 years). The worst part about it is that it's been over 6 weeks and IRS has yet to receive anything, When I call SOS Refund Juan is nowhere to be found. It has been impossible to get any help from Juan or any of his minions. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself from a headache.
