  I too, had a great experience with SOS. They upgraded the locks for both my business, and home residence’s. The staff is both friendly & knowledgeable, so they were a great helping us find the best option to suit our specific needs. We now boast a touchscreen keypad that allows us to nix traditional keys. Makes life so much easier, and their 24hrs services are such a comfort. I recommend them to all my friends.

  I've worked with SOS a couple times now and they have always done a great job. In particular, this most recent time when my office front door was accidentally locked by our cleaning service, I had an urgent need to let a customer in. They arrived in 20 minutes and had the door open in no time. Sunny, who opened the door, was professional and well-mannered. I would recommend them!

  Sunny was very proficient. I gave him a time to be at the location and he got there before that time. He explained the method used to open the lock. He was very helpful

  A truly wonderful customer service experience from start to finish. After a miscommunication (entirely my own fault, I'll add) about how many key replicas I needed to get cut, I ended up with two more than necessary. When I notified the staff member on duty, he was kind enough to charge me only for what I'd meant to order, and let me keep the extra keys free of charge. Thank you so very much - I'll definitely be back!

  Super fast and efficient lock out service from these guys! I first met Kenny while assisting a new neighbor in my condo building, as my neighbor had locked himself out of his unit, left his cell and wallet in the condo. Kenny arrived and within a couple of minutes he was able to open the unit door. Several months later, as I was moving out right around Thanksgiving...I locked myself out and remembered SOS Locksmith. I left a message for someone to call me back and Kenny came once again to the rescue :D He was super fast and friendly guys. Price is quite reasonable given the emergency at hand! Great service Kenny, thank you!
