  4x4 entrance for beach fishing. PERMIT REQUIRED. State police, Suffolk police, DEC all check for permit and required equipment. Be warned, big fines. Other than that, fishing great!!

  They need to do a better job keeping non- fishermen OUT. Don't even thing of going on a weekend in the summer as it will be filled with beachgoers who are not fishing making it IMPOSSIBLE to get your truck onto the beach to fish. Otherwise, great fishing spot and awesome beach.

  Enjoyed this easy trail. Took the jeep into it and didn't have any problems. Starts out with consecutive little hills and then turns into deep bends. Definitely bring essentials just in case you do get stuck. Trail leads to small fenced in parking lot areas which look out over the water on all sides.
