  Great, inexpensive breakfasts with lots of food. Can't say enough about how good it tastes! Huge recommendation.

  This place has been here, but I never checked it out until recently. Now I know what I was missing. They serve breakfast and lunch from 7-3 Monday-Friday. I've had the croissant breakfast sandwich and it was awesome. I've also had the burrito (l couldn't eat it all). The office staff also swears by Sophia's food. Most get it to go, but one can dine in as well. It has been a secret until now.

  Went here for breakfast at 8am on a weekday. It was quiet, only a few customers. Service was good and fast. Food was great. I had a Denver omelette and a latte. I passed on the potatoes and toast that comes with it, trying to stay low carb. Ample seating inside, and outside in the court yard, with a few TV's on the wall. I like that they serve organic, local coffee, and they try to get ingredients from local farms. It's not easy to find if you don't know where to look. I'm not sure about parking. I walked here from my auto mechanic.
