  Sonoran Products installed custom doors in my home. They are great quality for a great price. The installation was done in a workman like manner and on time. Great Company

  Not worth any stars!! Buyer Beware!! This business installed their windows into my brand new home 2-1/2 years ago and half of the windows they installed leak!! Called Bill the owner and politely told him of my situation and asked for him to pay for, or either repair the leaking windows and he said the windows they installed were out of warranty and then he hung up on me! I am not kidding! He hung up on me! Do not spend your money at this place or you will be sorry! I have pictures and a signed report from the licensed contractor who is fixing this mess that Sonoran Products of Tucson left me with.😡

  We would not recommend using Sonoran Products for household windows. The window quality and installation was good; however, this company was unable to hold to a scheduled installation date agreed between us a month in advance. Unbeknownst to us, they had moved our installation date up a week and didn't notify us until the day before to confirm. They did not admit to any error or wrongdoing, only stating that they were "not sure where the miscommunication was within our office". Throughout our communication, their attitude was defensive, flippant and unapologetic towards the inconvenience. While their installation crew was kind and careful towards our property, their scheduling and administration staff lacked the courtesy to timely inform us of a schedule change, much less admit fault on their part. It is clear the company has some major improvements to make in their scheduling, communication and overall customer service.
