  Sonny It was a pleasure working with you in Buying this Steinway,in fact it was the best online buying experienc of my life as you made me feel so much at ease throughout the entire process. I admire your honesty and passion you have for your music. The piano was delivered and setup profesionally, it looks and sounds like new, your people did a great job on the finish, and the price simply cannot be beat. I wonder why people buy a new piano when they can get one like this from you at a fraction of the price of a new one. IF ANY ONE IS IN THE MARKET FOR A PIANO SHOULD BUY ONE FROM YOU WITH THEIR EYES CLOSED. Icing on the cake is after the sale service that you have provided us which I am sure you provide to to all your cystomers. Thank you for this wonderfull experience and a perfect instrument and a beautifull piece of furniture

  Sonny is my piano angel. Yes, he's an expert at creating a match between you and your new instrument but he was so much more for me. I met Sonny quite by accident, or was it fate? My Dad, also Sonny, was an amateur pianist. I'm a musician, turned public school music teacher. When I began my new job, I was desperate for a piano and Sonny answered in a most unexpected way. You know those moments in life when you feel "there's something special happening here?" Sonny, after a while, sitting at a Krakauer that had just come in, looked up at me and said, "how about this one?" I replied, "excuse me?" He asked, "do you like it?" Me, "uh, YES! what are you saying, are you giving it to me? Sonny smiled, "yes." Pass the tissues people, this just doesn't happen in life. This man doesn't just sell pianos, he makes dreams come true and it affected so many. Sonny knew just what we needed and made it happen. He made it easy. A loving giving spirit who, more than, knows his business.

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Sonny and Heather at Sonny's Pianos. Buying a Steinway piano from two time zones always did not strike me as ideal, but Sonny made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Sonny never attempted to upsell me, and was honest, forthright and informative throughout the transaction. The piano was delivered on time, and looks and sounds wonderful. And his prices simply cannot be beat. You can tell that Sonny has a passion for pianos, and making sure they find the right home. I will definitely recommend Sonny to any and all of my friends, family and colleagues if they are ever in the market for a piano.

  While shopping for a piano for my daughter, we wandered into Sonny's well stocked piano warehouse, we were surrounded by beautiful pianos! The whole process was new to me and it was a little overwhelming. Sonny was SO knowledgeable, and so very helpful. He is an amazing person that just wants to bring the joy of music to everyone! His staff was very understanding and friendly, the shipping process was flawless...we now have the perfect piano for our home! I highly suggest if you are in the market for a beautiful and reasonably priced piano, stop by his store....you will be impressed by his shop and by the man himself!
