    I don't even know why I came. I knew exactly what to expect. I asked for one minute and I literally took one minute. I have a starving toddler and teenager in my back seat. And I continued to tell the speaker I was ready for atleast 3 minutes. Then I pull to the window. A young girl looks my way. Turns her back to the window then acts like she's cleaning. After another few minutes. Mind you nobody is at the restaurant they aren't busy. Then a Hispanic girl comes to the window. I ask her if the speaker is broke. She says no. And I told her I've been calling. She says oh sorry didn't hear you. Then I try to give her my order and she doesn't let me finish closes the window. So when she opens she lets me tell her one more thing and still closes the window again without letting me finish. Sonic is a more expensive fast food. Maybe they should give better customer service.. they also do there best not to give you a receipt and they only give you the original not the one after you pay.

    The service is great but the food quality is not. My burger is cold, the cheese didn’t even melt and my chili cheese fries were room temperature, that cheese isn’t fully melted either. This is the second time that I’ve had the same issue. The first time I figured mistakes happen but it’s a pattern at this point

    I have never bad experience at a restaurant than here. I went to Sonic on 12/25/22. I just ordered a combo meal and a pretzel. When I got to the window to pay, the cashier was extremely rude. When I got my food. It was completely wrong. I told her this isn't what I ordered and she snatched the bag from my hand. I asked for my money back and told me "I don't know where my Manager is". I told her I'm not leaving without my money.

    I had the chicken fried steak sandwich and my wife had a number 1. We also had fries and tots. The food was delicious and we finished everything. What was notable was that this terrific meal was served on Christmas day.

    Ordered a chicken slinger and it took an extra 10 min wait. Cool no problem, I get home and it’s rubbery. I am 39 weeks yal just aggravated the hell out of me for not answering the phone !!!
