  Ordered a sundae, did not receive a spoon when the sundae was delivered, had to wait 10 minutes for the spoon to be given to us. Very poor service

  Horrible customer service and even worse childish management! Lil black manager must have a lil man complex or something cause he was real short with me, told him how they messed up my order and when they went to "fix" it, it literally came back worse than before. Yall have the audacity to ask for 15 a hour 7.25 too much for you. Talking about you ran out of spoons yall a whole trip smh

  Very rude. Pushed red button. Notification popped up saying someone will be right with me and stayed on screen for a good 5 minutes before disappearing. I pushed the button again and the same notification popped up and disappeared followed by a fast talking woman asking for my order. I began to order and was abruptly cut off and told they were out of corn dogs. She then asked for the rest of my order I told here I needed a route 44 1/2 Sweet Tea and 1/2 Lemonade. She once again abruptly cuts me off and says thank you gives me a total and says my order will be right out. Guess she thought I didnt need to eat. I would have just left but I had scanned my card as she was ringing in my drink. Dont know the reason for the hurry only 3 other cars in stalls and 2 in the drive through.

  It is quite apparent the management staff are relying on people who are still quite new and not properly oriented. The food was great though! It just took a long time to get it ordered, and quite a bit longer to get it in a drive through with only 2 cars in the passed 20 minutes.
