  Oh it was magical. The tater tots were amazing! And the carhop brought them right out to my car. And gave me a mint!

  By far the worst customer service in attitude I have ever gotten at any fast food restaurant the way this gentleman talk to me made me feel like an 8 year old I'm in customer service if I ever talk to anyone the way he talked to me I would have been terminated. Ask for onion rings he said they were out before I could say anything his already giving me my total when I told him I wasn't done yet he told me to hurry up if I didn't know what I wanted come back when I did. I asked to speak to a manager he came out and said he was the manager He refused to let me talk to anyone else he wouldn't give me a corporate number or email are any way of contacting anyone else asked for his name he simply turned around and walked off I have never felt so disrespected I would advise people to stay away from this location especially if he's quote the manager. Never gave me a name he was tall 6-1 6-2 6-3 African American maybe late 20s. I had to drive to another Sonic off of Vance Jackson and guess what their customer service was outstanding Sonic on Hildebrand has lost my business for good

  I almost always get just ice cream in my blasts and the people including managers need a crash course in human decency!!!

  The customer service is horrible I waited for a tea for 15 mins and the lady stuck her finger in my life with the dirtiest hands ever and I threw the tea away! So disgusted!

  Today was a good experience. I normally don't have that good of experience. I think they stepped it up today. I got my food nice and hot and good fresh drink. They even came out with a nice tray with condiments and asked if I needed any and also asked if I needed anything else and if everything was ok. I hope they keep it up like today and I'd consider coming more often. Good timing on my order and parking. Nice people also today.
