::Sonic. The people that work at the Broadway location in Tucson, and they do work. Are kind, friendly, efficient, forgiving, I could go on and on! Those people that work there, be them younger or older. It's ageless there. And they are always smiling and laughing . I had gotten a free 44oz. Drink for doing a survey. And it didn't taste strong enough. Well, I took it back the next day and explained the problem. And they said throw that old one away I'll make you one with extra flavoring. And needles to say it was the bomb and I frequent Sonic as often as possible. Thank you. Debra Fulcher

::Great food good service and like I said the employees all young kids but polite and well mannered eager to help in any way. Good job Sonic helping our youth. Thanks they are the next leaders.

::They had no chicken products and apparently don't know how to make one of their classic drinks, Ocean Water. It tasted like plain water with a splash of coconut flavoring. I'm thinking they are going under. Sad

::This is a 1 star review because I had a 1 star visit. I will re visit the same Sonic in 7 to 14 days and write a review covering the follow-up visit. I have been to this Sonic location many times and have never had an experience as deplorable as this. Just to be transparent on my side of things, I tend to hold Sonic in higher esteem than many other fast food establishments, but I make every effort to not develop any bias, good or bad, unjustly color a visit I am planning to review. The current promotion and media blitz is the so called happy hour that runs from 8pm until closing time, all milkshakes are half price. My wife and I decided to take advantage of this gonna promo. We arrived at the restaurant during their last hour of operation but at least 45 minutes before close. They took a at right out 9f the McDonald's and Jack in the box's playbook; when I ordered 2 milkshakes I was informed that the ice cream machine was broken.....sigh.....that was visit one. Same time same day of the week exactly 7 days later we tried again, I still liked so I can, and we still thought half price shakes was a good promo....and with an hour to go until close....yep, the ice cream machine was again or maybe still broken, this time instead of leaving with nothing we tried to order some non desert snacks, popcorn chicken and tater tots....and still ha I g a good 45 minutes before close, we were further advised that they were not serving any food requiring the fryer for the remainder of the day. Now this is ridiculousness, who is in charge of the closing shift policies. Especially when it is directly tied into a Nationwide media campaign....unreal, this crew is devastating both the reputation of this restaurant and the bottom line. If you can't or won't do the job you sought out and accepted, do something else, and to the leadership at this Sonic, lead.

::I love Sonic, but this location needs to step it's game up! I've gone 4 times in April to enjoy a cream slush with my 11 year old son only to be told there's no ice cream or the slush machine is down. I wonder if they just dont want to sell half off after 8 or are really out of product?
