::Went there and ordered a strawberry shake, when we got to the window they read our order back and didn’t have the shake on the list but asked if a strawberry blast was okay, and we said that was fine. When they handed our stuff out and asked if that was all we said we still needed the strawberry blast and they told us no and that it wasn’t on the receipt. I understand that they might not have heard the shake at the speaker, but to clarify at the window and ask if a different item was okay, then proceed to wait till they handed all of the other items out to bring up the fact we’re not getting the shake is disappointing. I would have been happy to have paid for it as well if I realized it was not going to be included with my first order, but they didn’t even give that option. Just told us it wasn’t on the receipt and shut the window. We did get everything else however.

::I go to Sonic on a weekly basis. My family loves the food and the team is friendly. There is one young lady that is there 90% of the time. Her name escapes me (glasses, dresses up for special days, etc) but she is always so nice. My daughter is in love with the pretzels. They are delicious! But we like to get the pretzels without salt. My only issue is the app will not let me order pretzels without salt. Each time I've tried it errors out and says "not currently available at this location." It looks like a location-specific setting that the individual store may be able to adjust. But, until then, I will still happily pop over anyway for the delicious food! App or no app 😃 You guys rock, happy new year! 🎉🎊🎈

::My family has been coming here since 2014. We typically order the same things every time. We normally have great food and great service. However, the last few times we have stopped to get food, some of the staff has not been so pleasant. One of the things we typically order is a number 19 with Bacon, bacon placed on the side, extra crispy. Not once has this been an issue in the past. Until recently it has been. And tonight we were told “we don’t do that” we informed that we’ve been doing this for years, it’s just a custom modification. The gentleman that was taking our order in the drive thru then proceeded to say “ We can’t tonight. It’s too busy.” When there was only a few cars in the driveway and in the parked bays with full staff. And then when we got home that sandwich wasn’t even in the bag. We were charged for it and was not given a receipt to show for reference That we did not get it and it was on our receipt. From someone who used to work in the fast food industry for 5 years that is not something you should say to a customer. Overall just disappointed.

::This is the most horrible sonic I have ever been to and they need to be shut down.. We have been to this specific location a few times and each time we have had to wait for our food for over 30 to 40 minutes and each and every time the food, especially the fries, come out super COLD. You would expect for the food to at least be warm if you are taking almost an hour to serve fast food. Not only that, but every time (three times) the issue has been brought to their attention, they try to make up a reason as to why they can't correct it. I have called Customer service twice and have been disappointed both times. They are hands down the worst company at customer service. Most companies will simply remake your food and be done with it. NOT THIS SONIC. I am new to the area as we are a military family and have just found out that there was a tragedy that struck this sonic about a year ago. I was deeply saddened to hear the news but after hearing it makes me feel like they should have just left it closed. I was supposed to receive a phone call from management and never did. We will not be returning.

::The mozzarella sticks are bomb, especially with the marinara sauce. The onion rings are crispy and delicious. The breakfast burritos are really good- I always add some hot sauce to make it perfect. The burgers are juicy and the lettuce/ tomatoes are always fresh. Never skip the pickles! I didn't get a sonic blast this time but in the summer I always do the butterfinger blast, the cherry nerd slushy or the peanut butter and banana shake! All the drink and icecream options are phenomenal!!
