  I have called the Sonait House twice now (as an agent booking clients a room) and both times the staff was incredibly rude and laughed at my questions and requests. My clients had to cancel last minute due to an emergency and they told me they have a 15 day cancellation policy with no exceptions. 15 DAYS! I will never be booking the Sonait House again. If you are in the service industry you should strive to be conscientious, kind and respectful, the hotel staff was neither one of these. I would expect any hotel to make exceptions in this special case. I am really disappointed.

  First class hotel experience in The beautiful French quarter. The staff is super friendly and you will definitely enjoy your stay here. Love the ambience

  Excellent experience for my wife and I. This place was walking distance to Bourbon street and anything else you would want to see, but far enough off course that noise was not an issue. Clean hotel, friendly staff, a vocal cat named Claire, and most importantly working air conditioning made our experience excellent. Next time we visit NOLA we will be staying here for sure!

  We just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your establishment. We've traveled a lot over the years, and I don't think we've ever been treated with such courtesy and friendship from check in to check out as we have with you. We just love this place! For those who want to feel that they are part of a bygone era (with all of the plush modern conveniences) this is the place for you! From relaxing in the courtyard to the beautifully appointed rooms, this is an absolutely lovely experience. Thanks again for making our trip, once again, completely perfect!
