  Tried to walk in and get my full set done was told I had to make an appointment and they only had a few customers at the time. I’m visiting Bronx and saw the reviews but unfortunately was disappointed and went to another salon a block up

  Very disappointed!! I got referred by a customer but the person that does a good job only takes people by appointment..umm how was u suppose to know that ?? .. so someone else had to do my nails the lady had no technique while doing my mani pedi meaning I had to tell her to clean under my nails n on the sides then to Polish !! OmG I wanted to die her strokes were uneven chuncky on one side n barely noticeable on the other not even at all which made me very upset n I told her.. then she went to gel Polish my hands and the Polish was bubbling up n I brought to her attention and her n the owner said it was the color as if this was my first time around doing gel Polish or any Polish for that matter .. so she gave me 2 heavy top clear coat to cover it and it made my nails super chunky and very ugly I don't recommend this place because as I went to pay the owner and told her I wasn't pleased she I know call me later I'll fix it ...so she took my money but allowed me to walk out with a very bad Job and unsatisfied..so sad and extremely disappointed!! Disgustin customer service

  I like going here to get my nails done. Prices are reasonable, a bit higher than I was used to but that's fine, if I know the end result will last and the process is hygenic. I feel confident in their cleanliness and the ladies and men that work there are pretty efficient, and nice. I recommend them if you live in the area.

  I went there for a manicure. I am a 13 year old and at some places my manicures are shorter and i am not that well taken care of but here it was great. My manicurist was very sweet. It was a little hard to understand her accent but it was fine. Also they tell yo to leave to early. Make sure to stay in a few extra minutes. Overall, it was a pretty good place.
