  They will charge your credit card fees when you check out and say nothing about it even when checking in. That's even when you book 3rd party through expedia. It's a complete fraud setup to collect more money. Hotel itself needs work(one entrance door out of commission and the other has a shattered glass). Cleanliness is maybe a 3. Save yourself the headache and find a better hotel that doesn't charge you hidden fees when you leave. The fees had nothing to do with the room itself or things purchased.

  Rooms were good, clean. No elevator to second floor. There's a ridiculous 7$ per night parking fee. There is abundance parking around the facility and there is no security and neither it is gated or underground. They have posted signs around the property stating "the hotel is not responsible In case break ins or thefts happen to your vehicle". So what is the parking fees for. This property is not situated in a downtown or a high traffic area. It's off the highway.

  I mean... there's no elevator, the bathroom didn't have soap (?!), and the second floor was HOT. It was an okay value, and the front desk staff member was very nice and fast.

  This hotel exceeds in hospitality, amenities, class and cleanliness. They have the best staff we have encountered in the Seattle area. The rooms, showers and appliances are modern. There is attention to detail here. I wish we had booked here to begin with!

  We had a really nice stay here. They have a nice courtyard and our room was very clean and comfortable. It was also really close to the things we wanted to do and see in Seattle. The breakfast bar in the lobby was also super convenient and yummy!
