::A solid 3.5 stars for this hotel; you get what you pay for. I normally stay at higher priced hotels but my work booked the accommodation, so I had zero expectations coming in. With that being said, service was quite decent. All the employees were polite and courteous. Towards the end of my stay, I needed to arrange for a package to be picked up by courier. The employee really went above and beyond to assist me, so I appreciated that. The room was very subpar and definitely not somewhere I’d pay to stay in; however, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and it was easy to adjust the room temperature. I noticed that they do not automatically conduct daily housekeeping, which is strange, but luckily I only stayed a couple nights by myself so it was not an issue.

::We stayed here for my son’s wedding as well as our out of town guests. Like the king room with seating area, coffee in the lobby, good prices, heated pool and hot tub, clean gym. The hotel has a great location. We are very pleased with our choice.

::Hotel is adequate, but only if security is not important to you. I was taking a nap and around 5 pm someone was banging on my door, then they just entered! When they saw me in bed they rushed out of the room. I dresses and went to the front desk, and the employee told me she had no idea why that happened, but she would get to the bottom of it and call me immediately upon finding out. No call. No further info. Scary. Come armed if possible. Seriously.

::The room is nice, but for being a three star hotel. Gym looked nice. I was surprised they didn’t have a microwave in our room. I can’t remember the last hotel I went to that didn’t have one in our room, and we often stay in 2- star hotels. I called down to the front seat 3 or 4 times to see if they had one somewhere and no one answered. I noticed the woman smoking when we got there so she was out probably smoking. We found one in the lobby. They advertise a restaurant of sorts on site. They had a Starbucks but it wasn’t open at all when we were there. They do have snacks by the front as well, if you want to buy something. You can buy those at any time. I also called down to the front desk in the morning to see if we could get a late checkout. Although no one answered after calling for over 15 minutes, when I finally went down and asked they said that was no problem, which was helpful. So we checked out at noon. That is a positive.

::Very clean, esp for a pet friendly hotel. Beds really were some of the most comfortable of any hotel we've ever stayed at. Had a King bed suite with a balcony which was absolutely great! The couch was not only super cute and mod but also a pull out sleeper bed if needed. Super nice staff, namely Nadine, Danielle and T. All the people we interacted with there were friendly and helpful. Nadine was the first friendly smiling face we met upon check in and she was lovely and sweet and helpful. Danielle was the bubbly smiling face on the overnight shift who indulged my insomnia and chatty nature and answered all my questions. She was a pleasure to chat with. T was the manager we met who was also very friendly and helpful. There were 2 other very nice girls at the front desk who also helped us but I unfortunately didn't get their names. The pool was great as was the outside seating area by the pool. All around definitely my best experience in recent years and would definitely stay here again when in the area. Had a great stay! If I had to say anything slightly negative it is that the market and food eatery are both a bit overpriced but that's still a great trade off for the great pricing on rooms esp when they were so nice and clean. I'm OCD so I truly appreciated that. It would also be nice if there was more than 1 washer and dryer for the entire hotel but I didn't really have any problems using it as I seemed to be one of the only people doing laundry every day lol.
