  Very clean and professional. Loved the room we stayed in. Had 2 queen beds, sofa sleeper and a full kitchen. Will definitely stay again.

  Avoid this place if you can. The rooms smell of mold from old HVAC units. They are also incredibly noisy. The hotel was packed full of people, whole families crammed into one bedroom suites. One (!) elevator for four floors and all the guests. Of course, THE HOT WATER RAN OUT. Really can't recommend.

  Excellent customer service, comfy clean room with extras! Great location, great everything. We arrived late, after midnight, after day of flight delays, and GPS hell due to construction in/around downtown Houston area. What a relief to be greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude. Check in was a breeze and we were in our room within a few minutes. Our room was much nicer than expected! Clean, comfy bed and pillows too! Mini kitchen, sofa, and dining area. What a treat!! This room was upscale and loaded with amenities, fridge, microwave, soft towels, hair dryer, larger than usual bathroom and quality toiletries! We were exhausted, and truly got a great night's sleep. In the morning, hot breakfast was good, but have had better. Checkout was fabulous, again greeted with a smile and friendly attitude!! Will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit HOUSTON again!! Highly recommended, truly impressed!! THANK YOU!

  Nice place at a reasonable price. The place is located in a nice area with the galleria just 10min away walking distance. The staff is super friendly specially Chris at the front desk. Kudos to this place. Place is clean and quiet. Keep up the good work.

  Atendimento atencioso, quartos limpos, bem localizado. Wi-Fi bom mas precisava reconfiguração diária.
