  The best sonesta I have ever been to the best extended stay hotel I've ever been to. The staff specifically the maintenance man are educated hands on hard working And ready and willing to work. All while being compassionate caring and kind. Breakfast is absolutely delicious but many many options and the happiest breakfast lady ever. The employees work well together communicate and seem to run one of the most efficient hotels I've ever seen. Beautiful Scenery amazing rolling area with expensive grills Very large pool business room gym the accommodations are above and beyond the outside accommodations By far exceed the inside accommodations however both are above and beyond most all hotels have ever seen but the staff make this hotel. They are also pet friendly and the surroundings in the nearby area are delicious a diner vitamin store and multiple other shopping Avenue. Overall a little crazy but with a full kitchen and the other combinations on top of A top notch breakfast this place is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at Thank you guys for having me It made the holidays much less depressing and a crisis situation manageable Thank you

  We picked this hotel as a result of a few good reviews, the location we needed, and a blind guess. This is one of the better guesses I've made! The hotel itself is perhaps a little dated, but the rates are ok, better if you use AAA and book online. We needed a pet friendly hotel with the possibility of a long stay, and we picked a room pretty much at random. One of our family group had a problem with a room, and the staff cleaned the room at 1am without a complaint. We needed to extend our room, and they explained how to get the best rates, no problem. We needed to move to a larger room, and they made it happen and extended us again. The staff has been great about everything. The rooms are clean, but perhaps a bit dated. It's pet friendly with a lot of rugs and upholstery, so one room had the smell of cleaning. The staff aired the room and offered to move us around, which worked out for us. Breakfast is standard hotel buffet, eggs, sausage, cereal, the like... All quite good, and included with the room. Laundry machines are also included, and a workout room, and two gas BBQ in the outside area. Everything has been comfortable and clean, the staff is all friendly, I really would recommend it

  Rooms are too good.. Very well designed, decorated and remodeled. You have everything that you need for a longer stay. Great and friendly staff.. Breakfast is usual American with very less variety. Overall a great place to stay.

  The stay was ok my issue is i drove all the way up from Miami and I arrived 2 hours early. I ASKED THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS IT OK IF I COULD CHECK IN EARLY or if possible anything available at the moment. She didn’t even ask my name or nothing she just said. Check inn at 3 pm , I’m like yes i know that , i have stayed at plenty motel and sometimes I arrive early and they would at least go into the computer and look, or take my number and say if one comes available before check inn we would give you a call . I just feel that the person at the front desk could of handle the situation a lot better

  Overall very good. Rooms were mostly clean and comfortable. Very spacious, even with the sofa bed out. Only issue was a safety issue. We locked our keys in our room. My husband went and asked for another key for our room number. They never asked his name or asked to see his ID.
