  I’ve been buying jewelry from this store since i moved in NY. Thats because i feel confident about their quality & collection. But i have to write about something happened today. I was there to buy something for my sister. Everything was good as always but the bengali lady was so rude. I mean if you are working for guest/customers you have to be atleast a person with pleasant behave. That lady with such a bad attitude. I was asking something about the price and she was like “this is it, take it or leave” i mean this is not how it works. & also i was talking to her in English & she was trying to embarrass me saying that why I don’t talk in bengali. I mean its not her job to teach me what language i should use. Though i bought whatever i wanted to but not anymore, not even my family. We are not doing any business in such place where they don’t know about customer service. Really disappointing 😞

  Very Bad costumer Service. Today went to buy few chains and rings the employee wasn't ready to show properly. They had attitude and they were talking in home language. They said make this costumer go from here As soon as possible. I was ready to pay the bill but there attitude towards costumer is really bad. I left the store on the same time and bought from next store. Few Employees are good. Ms. Sharda is good takes good care for costumer.
