  Horrible customer service. The woman with blue eyes talks too much. She gave me a headache. I asked about a simple arrangement and she went on talking and talking and talking for like 20 minutes. my head hurt after talking to her. then another woman came with glasses and she was so impolite and i felt like she was rushing me during the order so i can leave. after i cut the conversation short i decided not to get anything because i was annoyed. and can you believe they ripped up the paper threw it in the garbage and walked away and didnt say thank you or have a nice day. They were upset i didnt place an order, well i didnt like the fact that i felt rushed and the woman with glasses spoke to me like i was stupid. unbelievable. as i was walking out. i heard the woman with glasses screaming at her driver. Oh my gosh, i was so upset because he was ederly. i think she is the owner. Absolutely rude and obviously has no manners. never will go to this florist, i rather go to grade a and purchase my flowers there i bet ill get better service.

  Something Special in Old Greenwich is the best place to find cute home decor and beautiful exotic flowers. The florists there are super friendly and so good at what they do! Bring your own vase and ask for an arrangement or go in and check them out!

  I had an excellent experience here. Lisa was very friendly, helped me pick the most healthy plant, wrapped it up beautifully and then charged a lot less than I expected to pay. I’ll be going back here and recommend anybody looking for nice plants and flowers do the same. Thank you.

  Lisa is the best florist in Greenwich. She is so creative and her prices are very reasonable. She loves what she does for a living and it shows. She has worked on our benefit for the past 13 years and has outperformed our expectations every year. She is the best!

  The only flower shop where talent, creativity and friendliness are in abundance. I've been giving Lisa's flower arrangements to friends and they love it. Her flowers last for weeks. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
