  This was my second visit. I wanted to give them another chance. However, during both visits I felt that the staff in reception were not very warm or professional as they should be. They put me on hold without telling me, and referred to me by my first name . Putting Miss before a first name is too familiar for me. Hopeful that can be resolved with a little more training in costumer service. The rest of the staff was quit pleasant.

  The physicians, receptionist & service are great. However they overbook. I arrived at my 11:30 appt on time and did not leave until 2:20. This is totally unacceptable for an appt that was not a full eye exam. It was a followup appt. My appt. before this one lasted 2 hrs.because they overbook & have you sitting & sitting & waiting. Like I said the doctors are great if you have nothing else to do but wait.
