I am new to Solfire as a client. Word of mouth from people I know within the fitness community is what attracted me to the studio. All I heard was positive comments about the staff and vibe of the studio so I knew eventually I would come check it out. My initial Workshop with Marla McMahan confirmed everything I had heard. Love the ambiance of the studio and I felt welcomed by staff and other clientele. Absolutely love the mural on the side wall!Just starting the 40 day program and looking forward to many years of Yoga in my new home Studio. 😊(Formerly at Yoga Seed Collective, Yoga Shala, It’s All Yoga, Time to be fit).

It’s wonderful. The staff, teachers, and classes are awesome. I had never done yoga in a guided class before. So, naturally, I was nervous. I didn’t think I’d literally be able to handle the heat (of their Vinyasa classes) or keep up with the double zeros. They make you feel comfortable. They also challenge you but reiterate that it’s about going at your own pace. I was initially wary too since I have a permanent hip injury. The teachers are more than happy to provide modifications if need be. I like that they practice what they preach. If you’re wary, like I was, start with their $30 for 30 days (keep in mind it’s consecutive). They have lots of classes to choose from, hot and regular. I am no longer wary and now an unlimited monthly member! Not only will you make Yoga practice a part of your daily routine but also your lifestyle. Granted, it’s an expensive hobby but it’s definitely worth it for your mental and physical health. There are few things in life that give you what you truly need; a healthy body (and heart) and happy mind. And I’d recommend Solfire yoga as one of the few.
