::I am a business traveler and booked a massage for what was supposed to be a free night in Kansas City. However, the morning I was leaving for KC, I found out that I needed to drive 2.5 hours south when I arrived and would no longer be staying in KC. I notified Solaris as soon as I found out. I tried to work something out with Wendy, but all she could do was repeat their 24hr cancellation policy over and over. I even tried to convince her to refund me for that day and I would rebook for the night before I flew out. She would gladly book me again, but still wouldn't do anything but repeat the 24hr rule about refunds. So thanks Wendy for screwing me out of $100 and doing nothing to work with me on a situation I could not control.
