  I purchased an air conditioner a week ago and I must admit the employees were very helpful, patient, and their prices were one of the best compared to the big name stores. I was very pleased! With in 24 hours they called that the air conditioner had arrived. Would definitely go back if I need any other appliance.

  You can't get quality or customer service like this at the big box stores. I was also very pleased how reasonable the prices are. I love my stove

  I can't say enough great things about Sohns Appliance Center...From outstanding customer service and pricing, to over the top patience, Sohns is, by far, the tops in their field! Dave Jansen has gone over and above, for my wife and I, by working with us in keeping our appliances in storage while we sort out a contracting issue! You want the best in pricing and customer service, head straight for Sohns...They have a customer in life with me and I will recommend them to all my relatives and friends!   Best appliance prices around. Most counter staff are polite, informed. Maybe one is not. Somewhat difficult to get a call back for service. Definitely where you want to go and spend your money for appliances and service contracts. Super selection. Value, value, value.
