  I was at a complete loss last year when it came time to file my 2016 taxes. I have a young child and a disabled dependent. I had tried buying a small business so I also had that for part of the year. Patty and her staff helped me to wade through it all and come out at the end with a small, but decent refund, when I thought for sure I would be owing both state and federal agencies money. I would definitely recommend her to all who would care to ask.

  Fantastic Support for near 30 years. Personable, efficient, detailed, and knows her stuff. Not sure what happened with the one negative review her firm received, but quite frankly, this is certainly not the norm, as she has done my returns since the late 80's and has been fantastic, bubbly and friendly each and every year; not to mention, has got me back a ton'o $$ from Uncle Sam over that span.

  My wife and I have had our taxes prepared by Patty for a decade. The experience has been great, She has been there during questions and investigations. We had our taxes prepared by an accountant prior to Patty, her knowledge was able to help us provide more clarity and ensure we were getting all that we were entitled to.

  I serve as Chairperson of a small non-profit organization based in Brooklyn/Queens. We paid Sofokles Tax Services to do our end of year accounting and state & federal tax filings. They made basic mistakes with both our federal and state tax filings and our good faith attempts to work with them to remedy the errors were met with unanswered emails and intentionally dropped calls. Months later they have yet provide us with our 2015 accounting, correct our incorrectly filed 990-EZ, or even file our Char-500. Stay away from this company, they are money down the drain + a big headache.
